Born and raised in Durham, North Carolina, DJ Drago (Nick Drago) set out to revitalize the area’s school dance scene. He worked with DJ Dust (Dustin Yuengling) to found Dynamic DJ Entertainment, a mobile DJ company. They quickly rose to prominence as the premier school dance DJ in the NC Triangle area. He has DJed at 8 local schools, as well as numerous parties (sweet 16s, company parties, dance parties), retail promotions, and special events (county Special Olympics spring games, Duke University orientation kickoff).
DJ Drago’s experience DJing for varied audiences has made him an extremely versatile DJ. His musical taste centers on hip-hop and top 40 hits. However, he is by no means limited — fresh club remixes, underground dance hits, smooth R&B jams, reggaetones, and classic 90’s hip-hop all make it into his playlists.
